Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the coaching services provided by Fabian Jordison Byrne, trading as FJB Coaching ("we", "us", "I"), a sole trader based at First Floor, Swan Buildings, 20 Swan Street, Manchester M4 5JW. By booking or purchasing any service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The services

We provide online fitness and wellbeing coaching. This includes one-to-one coaching, group coaching and any related plans, materials and support delivered through our chosen platforms.

2. Pricing and payment

Our current prices are set out below. Prices may change from time to time, but any change will not affect a programme you have already paid for.

Payments are taken securely through Stripe. Monthly coaching is billed as a recurring payment on the same date each month. You can manage your payment details through the Stripe customer portal. Payment is due before each period of coaching begins.

3. Booking and consultation

Coaching usually begins with a free consultation call so we can check we are a good fit. Booking a paid programme confirms your acceptance of these Terms.

4. Health and medical disclaimer

I am a coach, not a doctor. The guidance I provide is for general fitness and wellbeing and is not medical advice. You should speak to your GP before starting any new exercise or nutrition programme, especially if you have an injury, a health condition, are pregnant or are taking medication. You take part at your own risk and are responsible for training within your own limits.

5. Cancellation and refunds

Monthly 1-2-1 coaching

You may cancel your rolling monthly coaching by giving at least thirty days written notice. Your coaching continues, and payment remains due, until the end of the notice period. Payments already made for the current month are non-refundable.

12-month coaching

The twelve month option is a committed term bought upfront at a discount and is non-refundable once the programme has started, except where you have a statutory right to a refund.

Group coaching

Group programme fees are non-refundable once the programme has started. Before it starts you may cancel within any statutory cooling-off period that applies.

Cooling-off

Where the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 apply, you have fourteen days to cancel a purchase. If you ask us to begin the service within that period, you accept that you lose the right to cancel once the service is fully performed, and you may be charged for services already provided.

6. Your responsibilities

• Give honest and complete information about your health and goals
• Follow guidance sensibly and within your own limits
• Communicate with me and attend agreed check-ins
• Make payments on time

7. Results

I will give you my full support and expertise, but I cannot guarantee specific results. Your progress depends on many factors including your consistency, effort and individual circumstances.

8. Intellectual property

All training plans, nutrition guidance, documents and materials I provide remain my intellectual property and are licensed to you for your personal use only. You may not copy, resell or share them.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any injury, loss or damage arising from your use of the services, except where caused by my negligence. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Termination

I may end our coaching relationship if these Terms are breached, if conduct is abusive, or if continuing would not be appropriate. Where I end coaching without cause, any fees paid for services not yet provided will be refunded on a fair basis.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
