Think of me as your coach in your pocket. You get a fully personalised training and nutrition programme delivered through an app. I monitor your daily habits including sleep, stress, energy and digestion. We check in three times a week on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. You can message me anytime and I clear my inbox three times a day on weekdays. Every week we review your progress together and adjust your programme as needed. You also get access to monthly group calls, webinars and our private community. It is not live video training or virtual PT. It is structured, flexible coaching that fits around your life.
That depends entirely on your situation. I design programmes around whatever you have access to. If you have a full gym, brilliant. If you have a pair of dumbbells and a resistance band at home, we work with that. If you have nothing at all, bodyweight training is a perfectly valid starting point. During your discovery call we talk through your setup and I build your programme accordingly.
Either works. Many of my clients train at home because gyms feel intimidating or overwhelming. Others prefer the gym environment. Some do a mix of both. I programme for wherever you feel most comfortable and have access to. Your training should fit your life, not the other way around.
Absolutely. In fact, beginners often see the fastest progress because everything is new. I specialise in working with people who are just starting out or returning to fitness after a long break. You do not need to know anything about training or nutrition. That is literally my job. I meet you exactly where you are and we build from there.
Online coaching works best if you want flexibility, accountability and ongoing support rather than someone standing next to you counting reps. It suits people who travel, have unpredictable schedules or simply prefer training alone. You get far more contact time with me than you would with a weekly PT session and I can adjust your programme in real time based on how your week is going. If you need hands-on physical cueing or have complex rehabilitation needs, in-person might be more appropriate. But for most people, online coaching offers better value and more consistent support.
You complete a detailed onboarding questionnaire covering your goals, history, lifestyle, preferences and any health considerations. I review everything and we have a video call to discuss your programme. Within a few days you receive your personalised training and nutrition plan through the app. We set up your check-in schedule and you are off. I am with you every step of the way from day one.
Everything starts with your onboarding questionnaire and our initial call. I look at your goals, your schedule, your equipment, your experience level, any injuries or limitations and your personal preferences. Then I build a programme specifically for you. This is not a template. It is designed around your life. As we work together I continuously refine it based on your feedback, progress and how your body responds.
We have formal check-ins three times a week on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. You can message me anytime through the app and I clear my inbox three times a day Monday to Friday. We also have a weekly progress review where we look at how the week went and plan ahead. On top of that there are monthly group calls and you have access to the community chat. You will never feel like you are doing this alone.
I use a dedicated coaching app that houses everything in one place. Your workouts, nutrition plan, check-ins, messaging, progress photos and habit tracking all live there. It works on your phone and you can access it anywhere. Video demonstrations are included for every exercise so you always know exactly what to do.
Yes. We have an initial onboarding call to go through your programme and get to know each other. After that we can schedule video calls as needed for progress reviews or to work through any challenges. Monthly group calls also happen via video. However, this is not live virtual PT where I watch you train in real time.
Most people notice changes in energy, mood and confidence within the first few weeks. Physical changes typically become visible around the four to eight week mark depending on your starting point and consistency. Strength gains often come faster than aesthetic changes. The most important thing is that you are building sustainable habits, not chasing quick fixes that do not last.
That depends on where you are starting, how consistent you are and what your goals are. I am honest with people. If you follow the programme, communicate openly and trust the process, you will make progress. That might mean losing body fat, gaining muscle, getting stronger, improving your mental health, sleeping better or simply feeling more confident in your body. I cannot promise specific numbers because everyone responds differently. But I can promise that if you do the work, things will change.
I hear this a lot. Usually it means one of two things. Either previous approaches were not right for you personally or they were not sustainable enough to stick with long term. My job is to find what works for your brain, your body and your life. I specialise in working with neurodivergent people who have struggled with traditional fitness approaches. If rigid meal plans and generic programmes have not worked, that does not mean you are broken. It means you need a different approach.
No coach can ethically guarantee results because I cannot control what you do when I am not there. What I can guarantee is that I will give you everything you need to succeed. A solid programme, ongoing support, accountability and adjustments based on your feedback. If you show up consistently and communicate honestly, you will make progress. But this is a partnership. I bring the expertise. You bring the effort.
Absolutely. I work with vegans, vegetarians, people with coeliac disease, food allergies, intolerances and religious dietary requirements. Your nutrition plan is built around what you can and want to eat. There is no point giving you a plan full of foods you cannot or will not eat.
Monthly coaching is £250 per month with a four-month minimum commitment. If you pay upfront you get a discount. Four months is £900 (£225 per month). Six months is £1,275 (£212.50 per month). Nine months is £1,800 (£200 per month). Twelve months is £2,250 (£187.50 per month). The longer you commit, the more you save.
Yes, four months. Real change takes time. Most people do not see significant results in a few weeks and I want to give us enough time to actually work together properly. Four months allows for proper onboarding, programme adjustments, navigating setbacks and building sustainable habits. Quick fixes do not work. I am looking for people who are ready to commit to the process.
Full details are in the terms of service but the short version is this. If you pay upfront, that commitment is locked in. If you pay monthly, you are committed for the minimum term. I do not offer refunds for changing your mind. However, if genuine exceptional circumstances arise we can discuss options. I am a human being and I understand that life can throw curveballs.
The monthly payment option is essentially a payment plan. You pay £250 per month rather than the full amount upfront. If you need to discuss alternative arrangements, we can chat during your discovery call, but I do not offer extended credit or instalment plans beyond the standard monthly billing.
I am based in Scotland, UK, so I operate on Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) or British Summer Time (BST) depending on the time of year. I work with clients across different time zones and we make it work. The asynchronous nature of online coaching means you do not need to be awake at the same time as me for it to be effective.
Short breaks like holidays are built into normal coaching. We adjust your programme and keep things ticking over. For longer interruptions due to illness or injury, we can discuss options on a case-by-case basis. I am not going to leave you stranded if life gets complicated. Communication is key. Just keep me informed.
